Bella Rosa Off Main - Walking distance to Main St

Welcome to Bella Rosa Off Main, a beautiful historic 2-bedroom, 2-bath, Fredericksburg home built in the late 1800s on one of the town’s original parcels. This charming West Creek home is tucked away in a peaceful corner of town and is just steps from Main Street. Recently renovated with modern comforts and upscale finishes, it is the perfect place for family getaway’s, wine country weekends, or couple retreats.

Bella Rosa Off Main is a thoughtfully restored Victorian cottage with deep roots in Fredericksburg’s history. Built in the late 1800s by a local Lutheran pastor, the home features the original heart-of-pine floors, high beaded-board ceilings, and timeless architectural details that reflect the town’s German heritage.

Over the years, the home has evolved from private residences to a beloved guesthouse known by many as “Victorian Lace Gästhaus”, “Nancy’s Nest”, and “Wild Rose Cottage”, all while remaining a stunning place of comfort and welcome.

Today, Bella Rosa Off Main blends historic charm with thoughtful modern updates, offering a peaceful stay just steps from Main Street in one of Fredericksburg’s most coveted neighborhood.
